Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for: providing accurate and complete information, reviewing and approving all returns and filings before submission, maintaining copies of your tax documents and records, paying agreed-upon fees in a timely manner, and notifying us of any changes to your situation that may affect our services.

Fees and Payment

Fees are quoted before work begins and are based on the complexity of your situation. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as communicated.

Accuracy Guarantee

We guarantee the accuracy of our work based on the information you provide. If an error on our part results in IRS penalties or interest, we will cover those costs. This guarantee does not apply to errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by government agencies or third parties.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We will not disclose your information except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due. We will return all client documents upon request.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our principal office is located.
